Family Reunion Souvenir
I have a special keepsake,
I hide it where no one goes.
It is very dear to me,
why it's my uncle's severed nose.
It is very helpful,
it's sense of smell is quite keen.
It makes an awkward snort,
when I forget to keep things clean.
It notices the reefer on my neighbour,
and when I let out a one cheek squeak.
There's no smell it can't pick up,
no matter how weak or strong the reek.
I will never return the nose,
how much my uncle begs I do not care.
The nose is much more kind without him,
polite and never pointing into the air.
