Magazine: Tell us about your youth...
Kimberly Sarah:
I was always pretty busy as a kid. I took dancing lessons three times a week and was on a competition team for about 8 years. I then went on to cheerlead for 5 years. In grade school the boys always teased me. By the time I hit high school the same boys loved me but I wouldn't give them the time of day.
How
did you get into modeling?
I got
into modeling about a year ago. I was at a party at my
mother's friend's house. Another friend saw me there and
called me a couple weeks later asking if I would like to
model for her bridal hair and makeup ads. I hesitated at
first but my family and friends talked me into it. I'm
glad they did because I had such a great time. Now I hate
to go a week without a photo shoot. So far modeling
has not gotten in the way of my schooling mainly because I
am not signed on with an agent. Right now, I just take the
shoots I can and am not obligated to anyone. Therefore, I
can plan shoots around my classes and homework.
Best
experience in modeling?
There are so many things I love
about modeling but nothing really stands out as my best
experience.
Worst experience?
My worst experience modeling was definitely getting screwed over
by a photographer. Driving four hours to do a free photoshoot for
someone out of kindness, since the person was a family friend and
promised me prints for my portfolio. Then never receiving the
pictures even after calling this person about a hundred times
asking for my pictures. Then….'this person' having the nerve to
tell me (after 6 months) that I can have my pictures only after I
sign a release form giving she and her photographer rights to
publish my pictures. Yeah right! Up yours!
What's the most common question people ask you?
"Hey, anyone ever tell you, you look like Pamela Anderson?" I get that everywhere!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Either attending law school or working as a professional model. Maybe both. Right now I'm just keeping my options open.

are you located?
I
was born and raised in New York and probably will never live
anywhere else. More
