Many believe that New York has more restaurants per capita than any other city in the United States while others say it’s San Francisco. In Canada, it’s probably Montreal. Some of the best eating institutions include fine dining restaurants, steakhouses, fish, Italian, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, and French restaurants, and the list goes on. The restaurant business is tough and many open and close frequently. Either way, smaller ethnic restaurants can be just as great as classic steak houses.
