is this site?

It
started off as a tiny personal website in 1997. As the site's
popularity grew, so did the number of contributors. BrianX Magazine took
shape and was launched in its present format in December 2002.
It is currently a free online
magazine.
In 2008,
a major change to its appearance will be more suitable to
today's expectations of what a site should look like.
Nonetheless, the content of this website remains popular, with
hundreds of thousands of page views per month.

Who is
involved in the site?

There are many people involved and without their input, little could be
accomplished. The site is still put together by the 'original'
Brian although the content is the responsibility of each
individual contributor.

there a fee to visit the site?

No, the
site is completely free.

Why
BrianX.com?
|
|
The
original website was hosted at AOL. No one could remember the web
address so, the decision was made to get a
simpler name. Brian.com was taken, and BrianX.com sounded easy
enough. As millions of visitors have now come to the site, the
name now seems to be an unfortunate one from a marketing
perspective but that's what we're stuck with. Back in the 1990s
when the website got started, no one expected it to be anything
beyond a simple site for a few friends to post photos and have
fun with.

are there so many pictures of women and relatively few guys?

Guys
look at women. Women look at women. Nobody really cares to see
pictures of men.
